International Shipping & FAQ's
Domestic shipping :
We charge a flat shipping fee of Rs 200 for all orders below Rs 1500. Every product is shipped free when your order value exceeds Rs 1500. This applies to only orders which will be shipped to an address in India.
International shipping :
We have flat shipping charges of Rs 1000 to US and UK. We charge Rs 1500 for most other countries. Special shipping charges apply to different countries and we ship worldwide. Please contact us if you have questions regarding Shipping rates to different countries.
Delivery method :
We have contracts in place with some of the best logistics service providers in order to get you the best delivery experience and minimum lead times.
Delivery lead times :
The shipping times for orders shipped in India may vary anywhere between 5 -20 business days depending on your location. Most Metros will get it in less than 5 business days and some remote locations will take up to 20 business days.
IMPORTANT UPDATE regarding Pre-orders and items which are low in stock :
Since we are a small company, our inventory varies from time to time. While we aim to ship all the products as soon as possible, there is a possibility that the shipping time may vary. If you order any Pre-order items, the shipping times may vary anywhere between 6- 8 weeks. We typically ship all orders in 24 hours but there may be a delay on items which are low in stock.We will update the customer if there is an expected delay of more than a week right after an order is placed.
Damaged product :
If you think that the product is damaged, please refuse the package and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and send us the order number. We will ensure that you get the replacement soon.
All the items are insured before they ship . Do not worry if an item is lost in transit, we will send a replacement for free.
If you had a change of mind after placing an order, please contact us with in 24 hours as most of our orders ship in 24 hours. If you let us know with in 24 hours, we will cancel the order for you. If the order has already shipped, we can't cancel unfortunately.
Returns & Exchange :
Our items are described to the best of our abilities in every product description and in pictures. Before you make an order, please read the description carefully. The pictures may have slight variation from the actual product as they are enhanced to describe the intricate jewelry design.All our products go through strict quality control and sometimes, we have gone so far to delay the shipment or cancel the order just to ensure the best quality.
ALL ITEMS WHICH ARE ON SALE WILL BE FINAL SALE AND NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED. THIS MEANS IF YOU TAKE ANY PRODUCT BELOW THE LISTED PRICE, IT IS CONSIDERED AS FINAL SALE.
Returns & Exchanges will ONLY be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product. In case your order is damaged in transit or you have received the completely different product from its description, you may return them exactly the way in which they were received (unworn, with original packaging).Please send us the photograph of the product and follow the steps below :
ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF ORIGINAL DELIVERY. WE SHOULD RECEIVE THE PRODUCT IN 7 DAYS.
1. Contact us at email@example.com with in 1-2 days of the order delivery as we should receive the item with in 7 days to process the replacement or store credit. Send us the photograph of the damaged product.
2. After you send the photograph, Enumu team will make the final decision regarding the return and it is final.
3. Refund will be made in the form of a gift card from the store only.
We make every effort to describe the sizes in our product description including the metal type, gem type etc.No refunds will be made if there is Sizing issues or any fault which is not associated with Enumu ( like outdated address, customer not at home after three attempted deliveries, wrong address, etc)
